#### **Bringing production closer to consumption**

The manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Digitalization, automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making are rapidly reshaping the industrial landscape. At Yitch, we believe that technology should serve a clear purpose: enabling companies to remain competitive, resilient, and sustainable while keeping production as close as possible to consumption. By helping organizations build smarter factories, we contribute to a stronger local manufacturing ecosystem and a more future-proof economy.Through expertise in digitalization, automation, data, AI, and industrial innovation, we support manufacturers throughout their digital transformation journey and help turn technological possibilities into measurable business results.

#### Celebrating innovation and the future of manufacturing

To celebrate this milestone, we welcomed customers, partners, entrepreneurs, and members of the press to an evening dedicated to innovation, technology, and the future of industry. The event featured a keynote address from Yitch Co-CEOs Wim Van Soom and Werner Fransen, who shared their vision for the future of manufacturing and highlighted the role technology plays in helping organizations become smarter, more efficient, and more innovative.

Guests also enjoyed an inspiring keynote by Richard Kuijpers on “The Future of Humanoids in Production.” The session explored how robotics, artificial intelligence, and automation are transforming production environments and creating new possibilities for manufacturers worldwide. One of the highlights of the evening was the live demonstration of several humanoid robots, showcasing how far modern technology has already progressed and offering a glimpse into the future of industrial operations.

#### Building the future together

Our new headquarters is more than a place to work,” says Werner Fransen, Co-CEO of Yitch. “It is an environment where innovation, collaboration, and technology come together. We are excited to continue supporting industrial companies on their journey toward smarter manufacturing and to strengthen our mission of building the factories of the future.

”As Yitch continues to grow, our ambition remains unchanged: helping industrial organizations embrace innovation, unlock new efficiencies, and stay ahead in an increasingly dynamic world. From our new home in Bornem, we look forward to shaping the future of industry together with our customers, partners, and ecosystem. The next chapter starts here.
